Architecture practice Filoramo Talsma, LLC and developer/construction company Ten Penny, LLC, are based in Chicago, Illinois. The companies were formed by architects Mark Filoramo and Chris Talsma in their common pursuit of the design and construction of good buildings.

We have a common goal: design + construct thought-provoking and thoughtful buildings. We begin all work without making any assumptions about building, avoid debates of style and instead concentrate on the issues of usefulness, durability and flexibility as they relate to the materials that form space.
